Companies have five-year plans, teams have game plans, yet most families run without a map — until a big fork in the road turns into a fight.

A child's education, finances, moving house, caring for grandparents — all big decisions, usually made in crisis. The Family Roadmap is a one-page blueprint that puts the family on the same picture in advance, and it is what we deliver at the end of a Family Session.
Part 1: three shared values
Ask everyone "what matters most in our home?" and find three common answers — health, learning, time together. Those three values become the criteria for every fork in the road.
Part 2: 1-year and 3-year goals for each person and the household
Each member writes one personal goal; the family writes one shared goal (save for study, move house, one trip a year). Once everyone can see each other's goals, supporting each other becomes far easier.
Part 3: family agreements
Rules everyone accepts and can keep — no more than five: money, screen time, chores, how we argue (what is off-limits) and how we make up. Good agreements are written as behaviours, not attitudes.
Part 4: quarterly checkpoints
A 30-minute round table every three months to see what progressed, what to adjust, and what new item to add. An unreviewed blueprint is a sheet of paper; a reviewed one is a working map.
- Keep it to one page, posted where everyone sees it
