What is an Energy Reading? Know where you stand before you move on

Before asking "where should I go?", know "where am I now?" — an Energy Reading is the map of your starting point.

Many people work incredibly hard yet feel life is not moving. It is rarely laziness — it is effort spent in the wrong place. An Energy Reading looks honestly at your power, time and focus so you know where you stand today, before planning what comes next.

It is not prediction

We do not read fortunes or promise futures. We read the patterns of how you actually live: where your energy goes, who your hours go to, and where your focus keeps slipping. The result is a tangible energy map — not a prophecy.

Three things we read: power / time / focus

Power is the physical and mental energy you have per day. Time is the hours you truly spend (not the ones you meant to). Focus is your ability to stay with what matters without being pulled away. When the three are out of sync, you feel "tired but not progressing".

Strengths worth investing in, leaks worth sealing

The report shows which strengths deserve more investment and which leaks drain you — over-committing, comparing yourself, relationships that consume energy. Sealing one leak often returns more than adding ten percent more effort.

Age-paced adjustments

The energy of a 25-year-old and a 45-year-old are different, and should not follow the same plan. Our advice is tuned to the season of life you are in, so the plan is realistic, unforced and sustainable.

Try this today
  1. Write down 3 activities that energise you and 3 that drain you
  2. Look back at 7 days of your calendar — where did the hours truly go?
  3. Ask: "If I could seal one leak, which one pays back the most?"
